I don't usually write journals but now I just had to. I don't play any instrument but I've always thought it would be fun to learn how to play the guitar. Well in two weeks I'm gonna start having guitar lessons. And my teacher is...you're not going to believe this, but it's Lordi's guitar player Amen! Since the band is on a small vacation at the moment, writing songs and preparing for the new album, Amen has a lot of free time on his hands and so he put up an announcement on the Finnish side of Monsterboard (Lordi's official forum) where he informed he was giving lessons. I contacted him a couple of weeks ago and now we've finally worked out a schedule. I'm so excited! Out of all the people in the world I get to have Amen as my teacher! Rock 'n' roll!
